Fluoro Carbon Resin Coatings

1.      PTFE

As one-coat or two-coat type, it is used at highest temperature (290 / 550) on the fluoro resin layers. It has low friction coefficient and is divided into aqueous and oily.

2.      FEP

As advanced type of PTFE, its heat resistance is less compared to PTFE.

FEP coating changes into flexible substance during sintering and forms a non-porous film. This FEP coating has the merits of excellent non-stick, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, may be used at up to, and divided into aqueous and oily.

3.      PFA

Securing both merits of FEP and PTFE, this fluoro resin has excellent non-stick and heat resistance. PFA coating forms a non-porous film such as FEP. It may be successively used at 260 / 500 and in case of demand for chemical resistance, a grade is separately prepared to increase the film thickness by 1300  .
