Jiashan East Fluorine Plastics Factory is specialized in producing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) products and types of engineering plastics. Our main products include the followings:
1) PTFE products: ram extruded tubing, paste extruded tubing, molded rod, molded sheet, skived sheet, skived tape, thread seal tape, joint sealant, adhesive tape, anticorrosive tape, gasket, valve seat, braided packing, encapsulated O ring, etc.
2) Engineering plastics products: PI, FEP, PCTFE, UHMW-PE and filled products with glass fiber, carbon, graphite, etc.
3) Different types of pipes, special shaped parts and mechanical sealing products by Equal-pressure method
At present, our annual production capacity is 1,500 tons, including PTFE products and other engineering plastic products. We are the director of FPSCPPIA (Fluoroplastics Processing Subcommittee China Plastics Processing Industry Association), who supplies the most various types of PTFE and engineering plastic products in China.
We are approved by ISO9001: 2000 and ISO14001: 1996.
We have five departments, one section and five workshops. Among 115 employees, 15% are technicians, 2 of whom are senior engineers.
